Harrodsburg

Historical Gallery

Harrodsburg, our quaint town, is tucked away in the picturesque hills of Southern Indiana. Just a short drive from Bedford or Bloomington, it enjoys perks of town living while maintaining its beloved small-town charm. Founded in 1836 as "Newgene," Harrodsburg thrives around the Harrodsburg Community Center, which serves as a hub for various events and also functions as a polling place for Clear Creek.

Park Dedication

Thelma Jeffries

Thelma Jeffries has been our incredible Township Trustee since 1991!

Her passion and dedication were key in creating our beloved park and community center following the closure of Harrodsburg school. She also played a vital role in bringing essential sewer services to our town, and she oversees the community building at Smithville. A huge thank you to Thelma Jeffries for your invaluable support and unwavering commitment to our Harrodsburg Community!
